Anthony Christien McCray, a 27 year old from Ferriday, Louisiana, fell in love with fashion at a young age but was not totally divulged into it, until he went off to college at University of Louisiana at Monroe and found a passion for the love of suits.
With a love for suits and wanting to be unique, he found it very hard to find pieces that expressed himself. That is when he came up with the idea of making suits for himself. He began learning how sew in 2011 under a local tailor for free.
Once he learn the necessary techniques and skills, he started on his first collection. The release of his first line was in September of 2013 and debuted his second line at New York Fashion Week in September of 2014. Since then he has been featured in many magazines and fashion shows across the United States, from West Palm Beach Fashion Week, New Orleans Fashion Week, NextUp Magazine, Golden Globes, Bet Awards, and many more.
His most recent accomplishments were having Eric Jones, Emmy Award winning segment producer, wear his suit for the Golden Globes along with designing a suit for Karrueche Tran that was worn at New York Fashion Week.
While he continues to set the bar high to create unique and statement piece suits, he continues to expand himself by launching his website and creating advertisements to get his name out to the world.
