Maria Moss is a Spanish singer, songwriter and dancer based in London. Her style is pop mixed with R&B, dance and soul, with Latin and Arabic rhythms.

Moss has been singing since she was three years old. At the age of 14, she won “The English Key” prize on Cantamania, a Catalan TV programme, singing “When You Believe,” by Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. By the age of 16, Moss was singing professionally and touring Catalonia.

Writing songs on a piano since she was a teenager, after collaborating in other projects as a hip-hop dancer and actress, she decided to move to Madrid and then London to continue her superior music studies and pursue her career.

Since 2015, Moss has performed around Spain, the UK and the USA. Currently, she is already composing songs for her 2nd EP, which will be released in 2017, and collaborating with other artists from around the world.

In regards to her debut single ‘Light,’ Moss says: ‘The song is a ballad about acceptance: loving yourself, lighting your own way and fighting for your dreams.’ The song was written when Moss was at an emotional low, new to London and struggling to find kindred spirits.
