Introducing Casey Leigh

The “Don’t walk away” and “Catch 22 singer Casey Leigh has recorded her music and toured over three countries, Ireland, UK and South Africa.

Her chart single “Don’t walk away” was recorded and produced in Dublin by acclaimed producer Pat Donne and her debut album was recorded and produced by award winning producers at Zebra 1 in Surrey, United Kingdom.

The album was officially released on 13 March 2015 to a jam packed audience in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire. From Monday 27 April to Sunday 3 May 2015.

The lead track on the album “Catch 22” was selected by the BBC as song of the week and was played every day on various BBC radio stations including interviews and live studio performances.

In the same week the same track was selected to be included in the “Best of British” podcast playlist. Within the first three weeks, over 450 hard copy cd’s were sold just within the locality of Aylesbury where it was launched.

Casey Leigh who was born in South Africa but moved with her family to Ireland in 2001 at the age of 7, has featured on various radio stations and television productions including RTEs (Irish television station) production of “It’s my show”, their production “Jam Musical” and also, their production “Who are you kidding”.

She was also featured on TV3’S “The Morning Show”. Prior to her departure from Ireland in 2014, she held her final farewell show in Dublin and was invited by President Michael D Higgins of Ireland to entertain his guests at an official annual event at his residence
