Ravensbourne, a world-class higher education institution in London, innovating in digital media and design, held their 2018 Degree Show over three days from 20-22 June.
The event showcases a new generation of creative talent from Ravensbourne’s Undergraduate and FE courses from The School of Design and The School of Media.
Throughout the 3-day event visitors had the opportunity to see the innovative work produced by Ravensbourne’s amazing young creatives; including a vibrant live television show that celebrates the students of Ravensbourne and the work they’ve created together with the university, including key focal points on creativity, diversity and collaboration.
The annual Degree Show is an opportunity for press and industry insiders to take a look at some of the work accomplished by this year’s graduating students, who will be entering the global creative sector.
With an impressive alumni including fashion designers Stella McCartney and Bruce Oldfield, Kevin Carrigan (senior vice president and creative director of Calvin Klein), literary scholar Robert Hewison, handbag designer Emma Hill, sculptor Alison Wilding and co-designer of the Olympic 2012 torch Jay Osgerby, the expectation that was placed on this year’s graduates was naturally very high.
