North London singer-songwriter TAHIR unveils his debut single, “Home”, a deeply evocative track that blends soulful melodies with raw, heartfelt lyricism. With its rich production and introspective storytelling, “Home” is an emotional journey through love, belonging, and personal growth.
Produced by Cardiff-based artist Kiddus (renowned for work with Murkage Dave and Roy Woods), the track features a warm and immersive soundscape, seamlessly weaving together ethereal harmonies and lush instrumentation. TAHIR’s emotive vocal delivery is at the heart of “Home”, capturing the vulnerability and depth of human connection.
The accompanying music video, directed by Jesse Crankson and Jake Elwin, also known as Obsolete, perfectly complements the song’s essence. 2022 saw TAHIR collaborate with Netherlands-based producer EAUXMAR for the two-track EP Vexed Into Bliss, which premiered on PAPER Magazine and garnered support from the likes of BBC 1XTRA with Jamz Supernova, COLORS, CLASH, GUAP Magazine, 9Bills, REPREZENT Radio, and GRM Daily—showcasing his distinctive sound and undeniable talent.
With his debut mixtape set to release later this year, TAHIR promises to deliver more of the soul-stirring artistry that defines his journey and resonates deeply with listeners.
