Submissions & Free Features

All free feature and general submissions need to be submitted via our Contact Form

Submitting your work is the process we use to manage interest. Completing the registration process does not guarantee you a free feature in the magazine and due to volumes we can only respond to successful submissions.

There is only one free feature per successful candidate any future features or requests will be chargeable. If you are interested in a guaranteed paid feature please get in touch with sales@nijimagazine.com.

User Generated Content

Where Niji Magazine agrees to place a feature on their website, you agree by providing your information (for more information on who we use and store your personal data please read our Privacy Policy), to allow Niji Magazine to publish, distribute, play and make available to the public via social media your submitted content.

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose.

Niji Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Niji Magazine

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or with an accompanying adult

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter can be via twitter.com/NijiMagazine or competition@nijimagazine.com

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7. Closing date for entry will be stated on each competition. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Niji Magazine will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all complete entries.

13. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

15. The editor’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Travel and/or overnight stays are not included in any competition unless otherwise stated.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
