Returning with his second single following his major label debut with Warner Music Germany, Aidan Martin delivers a gripping, self-reflective ballad, tackling the subject of falling in love with the wrong person in ‘Easy’.

1) Aidan is a proud member of the LGTBQ+ community and is committed to standing with his community on the continued fight for equal rights and countering the stigma of those affected by HIV and AIDS.
2) A naturally gifted musician, Aidan began singing as a child and taught himself to play the piano in his early teens. He went on to musical institute, Sage Gateshead to study voice.
3) Authenticity is one of the key themes to Aidan’s artistry. Instead of trying to hide his past struggles with depression and addiction, he views these as essential elements which make him the artist he is today. He’d like to be an example of hope for those who also battle mental illness, the source behind his mantra “good things take time”.
4) After writing his single “Good Things Take Time”, he and his close friend / co-writer RØRY both had the mantra tattooed as a personal reminder, almost a year before the song was released.
5) Aidan’s grandfather from several generations back, Dr. Joseph Jowett, wrote the famous tune “Westminster Quarters” in 1793, which is heard across London daily as Big Ben’s chime.
6) Aidan hails from a small town near Newcastle, Northern England called Cleadon Village. The village boasts a population of only 8,427 people.
7) Aidan only began writing his own music in his mid-to-late 20s, and in the past five years he’s penned over 500 songs.
8) Some of Aidan’s greatest musical inspirations include the likes of Yebba, Labrinth and Frank Ocean.
9) During the COVID-19 pandemic, Aidan utilized Zoom to connect in writing sessions with songwriters and producers all over the globe. A handful of these sessions resulted in three of his upcoming singles (stay tuned!).
10) An avid cyclist, Aidan commutes all over London via bike, roughly traveling over 60 miles a week on wheels.
