London based singer songwriter Angel Wong returns with “North of the River”, a witty and infectious pop funk single that blends sharp social commentary with irresistible hooks. Released on Friday 17 July 2026, the track marks another confident step for an artist whose intelligent songwriting continues to blur the lines between thoughtful observation and accessible pop.

Angel writes songs that wander through genres but always find their way home to a hook.
