Vulnerable and from the heart: ‘Drowning’ is the latest release from emerging artist Driscoe

Vulnerable and from the heart, artist Driscoe releases his brand new single, ‘Drowning’. As a metaphor for codependency in relationships and love, ‘Drowning’ takes the listener through waves of emotions such as despair, longing, and loss. Incredibly raw, with heart wrenching vocals reminiscent of Sam Smith, and a rhythmic pop beat, this track embodies Drisoe’s fight for love. His lyrics attempt to heal hearts in a world where people have constantly let him down.

At the age of 16, Driscoe started making after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Using music as his coping mechanism, Driscoe explains music was his tool to cope with his diagnosis and it quite literally saved his life. Describing his music as representing the twisted story of a romantic comedy, Driscoe stays true and transparent with each syllable sung. His hope for humanity keeps him writing, and there is no doubt that his music will affect the millions.

‘Drowning’ is available now via all major platforms.
