You’re in the passengers seat at 2am, left in a blue haze. Georgia Winter’s latest single ‘I Know’ encapsulates that bittersweet moment, when you know the end of something special has arrived. It’s facing the moment of letting go but sitting in it for one last time. Nocturnal soundscapes and Winter’s gentle vocals let you drift along in the blur of saying goodbye. Winter’s self produced track ‘I Know’ is available now via all major platforms, alongside visuals and live promotions in London, which will be announced via Winter’s social platforms.
Winter’s signature dark pop stylings marry their enigmatic energy to craft their sonic landscape, one that Adam Walton (BBC Introducing) marks as “something quite astonishing”.
After several years gigging as a drummer for various bands, Artist/ Producer Georgia Winter let her own project loose, releasing 3 singles in 2020/2021. ‘Like That’ and ‘Build Me Up’ drew the attention of new collaborators and partners, stirring Winter’s name around social media. Most notably, the brand Pull and Bear collaborated with Winter on TikTok and Instagram Reels, using their music as part of the brand’s promotional campaigns. Winter also plays drums for model turned artist Suki Waterhouse.
On stage Winter’s multi-instrumentalist skills are showcased, bouncing around the stage, shifting between instruments. Alongside creating a vibrant atmosphere, Winter aims that “Live shows will be a safe space for people to let go and feel liberated”.
